More often than not, celebrity couples emerge from when two actors work on a project together, however, there are certainly times when two stars who are already established in their romantic relationship decide they want to share the screen.
Take for instance, Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan. They fall into both of these categories since they met on the set of Step Up in 2006, and then starred as a couple in the 2012 movie 10 Years. Another example of this? Amy Poehler and her now ex-husband Will Arnett. The two married in 2003, then in 2011 he had a guest spot on her NBC show Parks & Recreation where they went on a (horrible) date.
