The Verdict is in for Danielle Bregoli (a.k.a. “Cash Me Outside” Girl)

By  |

You can ‘cash’ Danielle Bregoli at home or at school, because she now has to serve a strict probation. While the very lucky “Cash Me Outside” girl will NOT have to serve jail time, she has been sentenced to five years probation by a Florida court.

In June, she pleaded guilty to multiple charges including grand theft, grand theft auto, possession of marijuana, and filing a false police report. The 14-year-old came into the limelight after appearing on Dr. Phil, because her mother thought her behavior was getting out of hand.

On the show, she responded to a laughing audience by saying, “Cash me outside. How bow dah?” “Cash me outside” quickly became her signature catch phrase after the clip circulated around social media. And, as of today, the teen has a shocking 11 million followers on Instagram. Not bad for one appearance on daytime TV.

She will be allowed to complete her sentence in California, where she currently lives with her mom. Her probation requires she serve 100 hours of community service, commit to a 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. curfew and attend school full time.

There is still a possibility that she will face more charges for an incident where her friend is alleged to have thrown ice cream at a woman in February in Fort Worth, Florida, but that remains unclear.

Let us all reminisce on her humble beginnings from earlier this year:
