Creating a line of continuity with the first two Terminator movies that didn’t exist in T3, Linda Hamilton — a.k.a. the original Sarah Connor, Christian Bale’s mom — will be a part of Terminator Salvation.

The movie takes place in 2018, and the character is long dead — but Hamilton will provide a new voice-over that’s reported to open the movie.

Now if only we could figure out in what capacity, exactly, Schwarzenegger will appear…
