Observe and Report has the unluckiness of debuting just a couple of months after the similarly-themed Paul Blart: Mall Cop became a massive hit. But the Seth Rogen vehicle, which also stars Anna Faris and Ray Liotta, is actually quite a bit darker than the PG-rated Blart — as evidenced by the red-band trailer. Check out the poster:
