I think somehow tout Hollywood just went totally bughouse bonkers over the weekend, folks, because there’s a surprising superabundance of news to pass on.  One of the biggest things was that, finally, Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson broke up.  And SamRo, perhaps realizing that La Lohan is a massive pile of unstable, just sought a restraining order against her former sapphic beloved.

For the benefit of those few who haven’t been keeping up and DON’T know that Lindsay Lohan has proven herself to be less than psychologically whole on some occasions, check out the word from E News:

Now, Lindsay Lohan exclusively tells E! News that reports of her breakup with Samantha Ronson are true: “We are taking a brief break so I can focus on myself.”  The decision was made Monday morning following a rather rough weekend. First, the 22-year-old was barred entry from a Ronson family party on Friday. Then a locksmith was seen paying a house call to Ronson’s abode, where Lohan had resided in recent months.

She changed the locks, folks.  You don’t change the locks when it’s an amicable breakup.
