And the verdict is….the expected 366 days in prison. T.I. will be eligible for early release on good behavior. I originally thought that he would be taken from court, straight to jail, but he will not begin to serve his term until after May 19th. The judge acknowledged that T.I. has exceeded his expectations with his plea agreement.
What should we expect from T.I….I think we can expect a whole lot of him while he is locked up. This guy works very hard. So, whether it is a new album, a few mixtapes, or what have you, I think he has planned to set the stage before he is silenced for a short period of time. I believe when he returns, he will definitely become more involved with TV. I mean, Road To Redemption has definitely helped his current album on the Billboard 200 Chart in a serious way. Other rappers who need some help with those record sales, may want to take his lead!
