It’s understandable that fame can get frustrating. Especially when you’ve got fans calling your hotel, finding your hotel rooms, leaving notes and things on the tour bus……..
I mean, you can still go platinum+ with fans giving you space, like an old lady at a grocery store, right? Looks like someone can’t handle what comes with being a true rockstar!
For David Cook to have been that petty, definitely shows that he’s not ready for the next level if that was even in his future. However, I do admire the guy for saying what is on his mind. It is only fair to note that he did say he enjoyed spending time with his fans. It’s just not natural for an artist to ask his fans to back off. Hope he realizes that if his destiny is to reach the top someday, he’s going to need to prepare to take those “preventative measures to maintain their privacy, which in turn makes them less accessible to you.”
