Chris Brown best be watching his back. Seems he’s got a particularly heavy new antagonist gunning for him and she’s not even slightly happy. That’s right–Chris Brown has angered the twenty-first century’s answer to Gojira…Roseanne Barr.
Proving conclusively what exactly we’re supposed to call her now, as she’s been through more name changes than Puffy, Roseanne positively laid into young Brown with a fury we’d thought unmatchable unless someone cut off her pudding hoses. Check out the word:
“Chris brown’s lies and excuses make me want to beat the crap out of him…he uses the language of the perpetrator just like every sleazy bastard who ever smacked his wife, kid, mother or girlfriend around uses. you dirty bastard, I hope you go to prison for ten years. IT’S YOUR FAULT, A**HOLE! as for all the mealy mouthed hollywood and music scene chicks that can’t bring themselves to condemn a misogynistic bully, let me say this: your time as whores for propaganda is ending, bitches.”
Nice, Roseanne…now why don’t you tell us how you really feel? All this holding it in can’t be good for you.
Seriously, though–I’m already straining the limits of good taste by including her quote in the context I got it. The phrase “obscenity laden” almost qualifies here, but just looks a bit pale. Color me a “whore for propaganda” but I’m not a hundred percent sure Brown qualifies as a “misogynistic bully”.

How perfectly suited to a level head. Of course, if your level head had a smidge more cynicism you’d note that the whole thing was probably just a stunt. And it worked, to a degree–after all, when’s the last time you’d heard about Roseanne before I just talked about her? But you’re right about letting Chris get his side out–he hasn’t exactly done much of that, so public opinion’s getting the better of him.

Roseanne’s comments are outrageous, biased, and hateful. Roseanne should have the sense to wait for the full story prior to making such slanted comments and criticizing others for having a more balanced view. Roseanne does not have personal knowledge of the particulars of the incident and should not be calling anyone such bad names. I am so very pleased that Chris Brown will be able to present his side of the story and will not be tried by Roseanne. Roseanne should give more thought before speaking.
