So apparently Angelina Jolie has started a TREND in Hollywood, wearing her Max Azria backward to the Screen Actors Guild. She claims it was to show off tattoos on her back, and that her days of dressing to either shock or be sexy are over. She explains: “I just like to be comfortable. I see what comfortable options are out there”.
Man, that’s just beautiful. So what’s next, Angelina? Next year at the Screen Actors Guild awards it’s a sweatsuit? A muumuu? One big silk dropcloth with a hole cut out for you to slip your head through?
Sure, I’m making fun, but I confess that it’s hypocritical. I’m a blue jeans and t-shirt guy myself, so I understand the need for comfort. But seriously, Angelina…you’re at an awards show. Even I understand there are some things you’ve got to dress up for.
