Ariana Grande Says She’s Releasing Another New Album Before 2018 Ends
Ariana Grande‘s fourth studio album, Sweetener, was released less than two months ago, but that doesn’t mean the singer has stopped making music. While she took a short break to “heal and mend” following Mac Miller‘s tragic death, the singer has still been working in the studio and healing herself the best way she knows how — through music.
The 25-year-old was spotted walking through NYC with fiancé Pete Davidson yesterday and confirmed that she’ll be releasing a new album before 2018 ends. And seeing as we’re already a few weeks into October, this means AG5 will be here SOON.
Ari recently told a fan that she’s sick of strategically planning releases and wants to simply put out music “whenever” she wants, which could explain why she’s planning to drop a new record so soon after her last came out.
it ain’t ova ! i don’t really like “era’s”. i jus wanna make music and drop it whenever and perform it. i don’t want to conform to the like … ‘routine’ or like ‘formula’ anymore. i love music i ain’t waiting another 2 years to drop it. i want to share it w u when it’s freshhh

You don’t have to worry about the “God Is a Woman” crooner forgetting about Sweetener, though. Ariana says the album is “a newborn w a beautiful life ahead” and will still get the love and appreciation it deserves.
As for what we can expect from AG5, Ari teased a bit of a new tune on Twitter last week. Take a listen:
