In Case You Wondered What Happened to Alberto Rosende & His Girlfriend…
It’s been a long while since it was first confirmed that Shadowhunters cutie Alberto Rosende found love with Madison Schreiber — nearly a year, actually. After word got out in October 2016, the two were all over each other’s social media pages, being too cute for words:
One of the couples that I admire a lot and I think it's beautiful! ❤

Then, seemingly out of nowhere, the lovey-dovey Instagram pictures stopped. His birthday, February 14 (a.k.a. Valentine’s Day), marked one of the last times the two acknowledged each other on any platform. Mads even deleted her Instagram page for a while soon after AR’s bday. People speculated that the 24-year-old actor and the blonde beauty broke up at some point, but neither mentioned it, so fans were only left guessing.
Now, though, there’s physical proof of their split — even apart from the fact that all of their cutesy snapshots were deleted off both their Instagram pages. Tuesday, October 3, marked National Boyfriend Day — and Madison celebrated… with another dude! She took to her Instagram story to show her celebrating the occasion with a guy named Jesse Dong:
The two have been posting pictures of each other since this past July, so, perhaps, that’s when they first linked up:
And, clearly, things moved quickly, considering they went to Monte-Carlo, Monaco together by the end of July. No big deal, right?
Alberto’s relationship with Madison was the first relationship the Freeform star went public with since he called it quits with longtime girlfriend Amanda Colby Stewart last summer, ending their 3 1/2-year romance. She has since moved on with a guy named Kane William Sorrells. According to his Instagram, the pair met on July 30, 2016 and started dating on September 12.

After old pictures of Carrie Fisher resurfaced — pictures from her Star Wars: Return of the Jedi days — one fan compared the late actress to Shadowhunters' leading lady.
And we're sure Kat would love the comparison. After the legendary actress' shocking death in December 2016, Kat tweeted, "From all the strong women onscreen &off-we thank you, Carrie Fisher ,for showing us how to be a badass woman w sass & great hair. @starwars"
